Hector Contreras, owner of Hector’s Kitchen, is a seasoned chef with many, many years of food experience. He was born and raised in Colombia, South America and came to the USA as a young adult. He lived in Asheville, North Carolina for the past 30 years before moving to Gadsden, Alabama.
